Alongside working towards your CIPD qualification you will learn and apply the practical and theoretical aspects of HR, including the following duties and responsibilities:

•    Input events and training into learning management system
•    Coordinate with suppliers on training logistics and events planning
•    Book rooms, order catering and set up rooms for training and diversity sessions
•    Run reports and collate data for internal and external purposes
•    Create data packs for leaders
•    Produce statements of work and process invoices
•    Keep HR intranet pages up to date
•    Support diversity networks with planning events
•    Respond to emails from employees in Learning and Development inbox
•    Work on ad hoc HR projects
