- To ensure that a good knowledge of the village and the local area is maintained in order to be able to offer advice and help to customers
- To ensure that the customer receives an especially cheerful welcome on arrival at the Resort
- To ensure that alternatives are offered to customers where the date they have requested is not available
- To ensure that the customer is aware of all the facilities at the Resort, including profit (i.e. Bar) and non-profit (i.e. Entertainment’s programme) making areas
- To be aware of sales targets and actively pursue these at all times
- To ensure that customer needs and expectations are met and where possible exceeded
- To work in Front Desk
- Will require flexibility in assisting in other departments to gain experience
- To ensure the correct standard of dress is worn at all times
- To maintain a good knowledge of all the facilities within the Resort in order to be able to offer help and advice to guests
- Any other duties, which may be allocated from, time to time, appropriate to the post
