  • To ensure the administration of all bookings and customer enquiries/issues are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner
  • To ensure that a good knowledge of the village and the local area is maintained in order to be able to offer advice and help to customers
  • To ensure that the customer receives an especially cheerful welcome on arrival at the Resort
  • To ensure that alternatives are offered to customers where the date they have requested is not available
  • To ensure that the customer is aware of all the facilities at the Resort, including profit (i.e. Bar) and non-profit (i.e. Entertainment’s programme) making areas
  • To be aware of sales targets and actively pursue these at all times
  • To ensure that customer needs and expectations are met and where possible exceeded
