A normal day would include:

Setting up tables as and when customers leave to ensure that everything is ready for the next customers to arrive. Meeting and greeting customers as they walk through the door and explain our process, what we do and take them to their table.

Once customers are set up and know what they are doing taking a food and drink order. 

Building up a rapport with each customer and being on hand for anything that they may need/want. The shop can be very fast paced and seats are available over two floors so there is a lot of multitasking involved

Making customers drinks at busy times.

 Answering the telephone and dealing with general enquiries and booking.

Cleaning the shop to ensure we can give the customers the best outcome.

About the employer

Paint a pot café located in Mossley.  We opened in 2018 and continue to grow.

We cater for everyone from the ages on 1 Day – adults

We offer walk in sessions for paint a pot, clay workshops, slime, adult/family/child workshops, birthday parties, toddler events and are constantly bringing new and exciting ideas into the workplace.
