You will be responsible for preparing client meeting packs and client mailings. You will also update client records on a regular basis following client meetings. You will also be involved in arranging our client events, co-ordinating mailings and helping to host.

You will prioritise tasks and organise personal workload in order to meet deadlines and departmental targets. Over time you will be expected to gain an understanding of the varied aspects of financial planning provision and support the Practice in a more technical capacity.

This is a varied role, which requires the successful candidate to have excellent communication and organisational skills, be able to multi-task and take real ownership.   Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential. Duties will initially include, but are not limited to:

  • Preparing client meeting packs and any other marketing materials for the Financial Advisers
  • Updating databases and client records
  • Organising mailshots
  • Assist in the organisation and co-ordination of client events, including writing and designing client event invitations
  • Opportunity to support the team on marketing activities including updating LinkedIn and increasing brand awareness
  • Ordering of branded marketing materials (banners, brochures, merchandise), office stationery and supplies
  • Meeting and greeting visitors and clients, organising the set-up of meetings and refreshments as needed
  • General office housekeeping

Training will be provided where necessary.

  • Computer literate, tech-savvy, familiarity with using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
