Duties for Team Administrator:

  • Providing administrative support to all professional staff within a fast paced office
  • Typing and formatting documents in Word that would include: agendas, minutes, letters, manual project specific documents
  • Formatting and producing high quality PowerPoint presentations
  • Supporting the department with marketing
  • Tracking project information in Excel and possibly other bespoke systems
  • Maintaining databases and calendars, and updating systems (including filing systems)
  • Co-ordinating and making travel arrangements
  • Binding/scanning/filing documentation
  • Providing support and cover for reception

Other general administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications required

Full UK driving license preferred due to the location of this business.

Things to consider

The National Minimum Wage (NMW) for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour. This applies to 16 - 18 year old Apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their Apprenticeship. For all other Apprentices the Apprentice National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies. The wage for Apprentices applies to both time spent on the job plus time spent in training.
