Customer service Apprenticeship. Training undertaken on day release with Doncaster College Positioned in one of H I Weldricks Pharmacies across the region to be determined at the point of appointment based on your location.
Duties will include:
• Help customers find what they are looking for and advise on which products suit their needs best.
• Follow the standard operating procedures as required by the General Pharmaceutical Society
• Put sales through the cash register in the appropriate way
• Accepting deliveries and updating the stock control system.
• Maintaining the sales area to a very high standard. It must be cleaned dusted and well merchandised at all times.
• Count the shop stock and update the stock control system as detailed.
• Maximising sales opportunities by link selling and by supporting in store promotional campaigns
• Undertake the Customer Satisfaction Survey on an annual basis as required by the NHS
• Complete any paperwork that is assigned to you accurately and in time to meet the deadline
• Work in a manner which is consistent with the Health and Safety policy
• Minimise shoplifting by adopting a proactive technique and approaching potential shoplifters.
• Undertaking any other duties as agreed with HI Weldricks
