Day-to-day responsibilities can differ, however will surround the following:
- Provide support to the Finance team
- Assist with day-to-day office management
- Regular communication with internal staff, suppliers and clients
- Supporting Directors and Management
- Data processing into the computerised Finance package
- Maintain manual and computerised records/management information systems, using IT applications to effectively deliver tasks
- To undertake any other duties as required by the Finance Controller or Directors
- To undertake other reasonable duties (with competence and experience) as requested, in accordance with the changing needs of the organisation
- Someone with a high level of aptitude for working with figures
- Someone who can work with great accuracy
- A basic understanding of software such as Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- The ability to work on your own initiative, with motivation and drive to succeed
- Maintain high standard of tidiness of office environment, should visitors arrive onsite

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
