Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Welcoming customers into the establishment 
  • Working behind the bar, serving drinks, food and snacks
  • Using the till, taking orders and processing purchases 
  • Ensure compliance to procedures
  • Point of contact for customer enquiries
  • Ensuring a high-quality customer service  
  • Recommending dishes  
  • Ensuring the establishment is tidy, cleaning on a rota basis

GCSEs In Maths and English D/3 or above or the ability to pass a BKSB assessment for English or/and Maths.
