The successful candidate will work directly with our member’s, their duties will include;
Database Input
- Member’s information to be kept current on database
- Eletter databases input
- Tags and tasks to be set on CRM
Membership Updates
- To contact members directly with regards to their membership
- Process membership renewals and changes
- Discuss other services with members such as funded business support and events
Events
- Prepare all paperwork for events including badges and event information
- Email all attendees itinerary and relevant information prior to events
- Prepare supplier contact information, timeline schedules and risk assessments
- Communicate event information with suppliers and venues
- Assist in the planning and administration of events
- Assist clients with event questions
Accounts
- Raise invoices for purchases
- Contact clients re payments when overdue
- Ensure online account system client information is up to date
