We have a great opportunity for an organised, fast learning individual to join our small but busy team as an apprentice. The ideal candidate will need to be a team player with a can do attitude but also be self-disciplined enough to work on their own initiative.

The main duties will including learning about processing orders, ordering from suppliers, stock control, and dealing with customers on a daily basis. The candidate should have good skills in Microsoft programmes and written English and be able to converse clearly for phone enquiries. Occasional cover of the front desk and the helping out the accounts department will be expected in the absence of other staff.
Requirements and prospects
Confident phone manner
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Good standard of written English
Effective communication skills, written and verbal
High standard of customer service
Interested in the role and keen to learn, motivated.
Reliable and trustworthy.
5 GCSEs at grade C/4 and above or equivalent, which must include English and Maths.
Prospect of a permanent role upon successful completion of the apprenticeship.
