Shaping our future with brilliant apprentices! That’s when it hits home.

At Home Group, we’re building for the future. We’re building homes, independence and aspirations supported by our brilliant apprentices who are our next leaders, achievers and future industry thinkers.

So, what’s so great about our apprenticeships? Well, your wage will be higher than the national apprenticeship minimum wage, so start planning what to spend that extra cash on! You’ll be employed for a 18 month period to get stacks of experience and launch your career and if you work hard and do well there’s a great chance that you’ll go on to enjoy a permanent role within Home Group.  The good news is that the majority of our apprentices do stay with us. So, this really could be the start of a brilliant and rewarding career!

Some of our apprentices say, "Working at Home Group enables me to earn while I learn and without university debt” and “I’ve now completed my apprenticeship and am employed in a permanent job that I love with a big salary increase!”.

About the role

You will join our Aftercare team at a really exciting time in building our future within a newly restructured team.

We aim to ensure a Persona home is a happy home and look forward to you being a part of this as we develop our 5* Customer Journey.

Your role will be working within a team that manages all of our new build properties after they have been handed over to customers right through to the end of the defects liability period (if you don’t know what one of those is – you will soon)

The role will involve shadowing members of the team as you learn, speaking to wider teams within the organisation including our delivery and sales teams and regular communication with our customers and contractors. There may be an element of site or customer visits, and you will get to visit our show homes, so you become familiar with our homes.

It’s a great opportunity to build a career via an apprenticeship in a customer services role in which you will learn so much and that delivers limitless progression opportunities if you work hard and do well!
