You will provide general clerical and administrative office support to a number of departments within the High Street Group of Companies. Duties include:

  • Responsible the incoming and outgoing mail
  • Greeting clients and providing refreshments
  • Office stationary ordering and upkeep of office supplies
  • Liaising with our consumer partners for the upkeep of our systems / printers
  • Maintaining records in our bespoke systems
  • Depositing cheques at the bank
  • Provide an excellent level of customer service
  • Update the clients on progress of claim
  • Provide support to the processing teams for the retuning of documents
  • To record accurate data entry of customer information
  • Working towards and achieving  team/ individual targets
  • Ensure that you are committed to provide a high quality of experience to the customer and the brand at every opportunity explaining choices and providing recommendation
  • Ensure company standards, policies and procedures are maintained
  • Recognise and maximize potential sales opportunities
  • Maintain a flexible approach in order to accommodate changing needs and growth
  • Any other tasks deemed reasonable of your role
