Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Assist with answering telephone calls from internal and external customers
- Processing sales orders and purchase orders for the sales team
- Updating our UK EMEA reference list to ensure all details are correct
- Using Salesforce and Pardot CRM system
- Invoicing clients and providing O&M manuals
- Assisting with NCR investigations

- Good basic education to GCSE (or equivalent standard), which will include an English and maths passes at Grade C/4, or Functional Skill Level 2
Future prospects
- Progression: Permanent appointment as Internal Sales Administrator following successful completion of the apprenticeship. Salary would exceed national living wage. Circa £18,000+. Further opportunity to gain additional professional qualifications and develop into other areas of the business.
Things to consider
- Office based at our Cursley Sales Office (DY10 4DX)
- These premises are quite remote with limited public transport links, therefore own transport to commute to and from work will be essential
- This qualification includes an End Point Assessment with an independent EPA Assessor
- 30 mins lunch
- No requirements to travel/work away during working hours
