Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist with answering telephone calls from internal and external customers
  • Processing sales orders and purchase orders for the sales team
  • Updating our UK EMEA reference list to ensure all details are correct
  • Using Salesforce and Pardot CRM system
  • Invoicing clients and providing O&M manuals
  • Assisting with NCR investigations

Future prospects

  • Progression: Permanent appointment as Internal Sales Administrator following successful completion of the apprenticeship. Salary would exceed national living wage. Circa £18,000+. Further opportunity to gain additional professional qualifications and develop into other areas of the business.

Things to consider

  • Office based at our Cursley Sales Office (DY10 4DX)
  • These premises are quite remote with limited public transport links, therefore own transport to commute to and from work will be essential
  • This qualification includes an End Point Assessment with an independent EPA Assessor
  • 30 mins lunch
  • No requirements to travel/work away during working hours
