- To provide administrative support to the Admiral Recruitment team.
- Aiding the Resourcing team, conducting screening telephone and video interviews
- Accessing Job Boards and identifying potential candidates
- To research information using social media and websites
- To provide senior staff members with general office and clerical services, including photocopying, collecting & distributing posts, filing, word processing, manning the phones etc.
- To assist in the development of Admiral Recruitments job advertising.
- To post updates via social media
- To create fun and enticing posters while sticking to company branding guidelines
- To undertake processing of correspondence, reports and other documents to corporate standards and deadlines.
- Process routine documentation.
- To develop and maintain spreadsheets or databases containing internal data.
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders (Clients and senior staff members)
- To assist with the preparation and maintenance of statistical information.
- Operate corporate computer system for financial or HR business matters.
- To arrange room bookings and take minutes, undertaking any associated administration.
- To support the management of any postal duties.
- To attend staff meetings and training, including work towards the academic element of the role.
- To work in accordance with set policies and procedures.
- To assist in maintaining a safe working environment in accordance with health & safety.
