Onwave are looking for an enthusiastic and detail driven individual to become part of our growing development and support team. We need someone with good attention to detail, who is a good communicator and works well both independently and as part of a team. A good level of ability with both MS Word and MS Excel would be advantageous.

While initially a junior role, there is great potential for growth within the company as the skillset and performance of the successful candidate grows. As part of this role the successful candidate will undertake a Level 4 Quality Practitioner Apprenticeship and receive full training and support to successfully perform the job.
As part of the role you will be required to complete the following duties:
- Reviewing and updating Onwave systems, processes and procedures to ensure compliance with current legislation and to ensure our business is as efficient as possible
- Supporting the management and evolution of our integrated Company Management System, covering aspects such as Health and Safety, Quality, Information Security, Environment and Customer Operations
- Carrying out compliance monitoring
- Collating KPI data to inform current business performance and identify potential improvement areas
- Support the audit team (both internal and external audits)
- Supporting Onwave management team as required
In the future the role could grow to:
- Undertaking internal and external audits
- Responsibility for key management processes
- Strategic identification of areas for improvement and creation of new business processes
- Gaining new business certification and accreditation for Onwave
