On a day to day basis, you will be: Providing sales support for colleagues, Contacting utility companies and dealing with enquiries from clients. You will take responsibility for completing and updating all customer details and sales information within our CRM, liaising with external suppliers.

As part of our administration team, you'll be involved in all areas of the business and will be the first contact for our clients, sales agents and suppliers. On a day to day basis, you will be providing sales support for colleagues, contacting utility companies and dealing with enquiries from clients. You will take responsibility for completing and updating all customer details and sales information within our CRM, liaising with external suppliers and you'll help with contract paperwork as needed, including scanning and filing. We will give you all the support and training needed to do this.
Requirements and prospects

We are looking for a tenacious and driven person, who takes pride in their work, and excels under pressure. You will be the kind of person who does not take no for an answer, and is able to manage the demands of a busy workload. You will be able to prioritise work and have a keen eye for detail. Whilst there is no selling involved in this role, as the voice of our company, you will need to be personable and have an excellent telephone manner. It goes without saying that you will need excellent organisational and time keeping skills.
GSCE Maths & English at 9-4 or A*- C or equivalent
On completion of your apprenticeship, you may progress to full time employment, depending on the enthusiasm of the candidate
