Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Complete all client pro-formas and send any compliance details to clients when requested
- Complete all staff member reference requests
- Help with the sending of client rotas if instructed by the Bookings Team Leader
- Sending timesheets, adding shifts and staff on to master vendor systems.
- Sending staff extra uniforms or timesheets.
- Ensure all yearly updates of DBS’ and Training is completed and acted on.
- Add all new staff to the recruitment pipeline and update accordingly.
- Send all references requests
- Complete DBS checks
- Book staff training
- Chase references once sent
- Start the process of each staff members folder
- Check all recruitment folders are correct before handing to the Agency Manager to sign off
- Pre-print all paperwork needed for staff training, both mandatory and practical.
- Print and have the trainer sign all training certificates before uploading details on Logezy.
- Mark all mandatory training
- Complete staff member ID badges
- Recognising when key items such as paper, lanyards, laminating pouches, pens and tea/coffee need to be ordered
- Adding shifts on to the payroll system on weekly basis.
- Chasing missing timesheets
- Chasing PO numbers
- Dealing with any payroll queries which cannot be forward to Integra.
- Complete your allocated OOHs shifts on a weekly basis.
- To the best of your ability, ensure an excellent service is provided to clients and staff members.
- Accurately record all OOHs events and email follow ups relevant parties.
- Follow the OOHs work from home policy.
- All staff members treated equally with respect and valued for the work they complete.
- A professional stance to be kept at all times, no matter the situation.
- Show empathy for others.
- All clients treated as professionals and in a respectful manor.
- All emails to be professionally formatted and spell checked.
