The successful candidate will continue their studies with industry specialists, RNN Group, giving you the training, you need to become an all-rounded and qualified administrator.

You’ll develop your skills alongside experienced Fabricated Products employees, learning a variety of duties and supporting the whole business to grow. You’ll be taught and mentored to achieve your full potential and become part of the company’s story.

As an Apprentice Business Administrator, you'll be responsible for the following:

  • General office sales administration
  • Chase up quotes and log sales information
  • Build business relationships by telephone and fully explain our products and role in the market
  • To request written quotes from suppliers for materials to be delivered to our premises
  • To complete purchases and purchase orders
  • Deal with general customer enquiries and provide advice on products and services
  • Use of SAGE and other software
  • The use of Microsoft Office packages e.g., Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, faxing/e-mailing

Fabricated Products UK Ltd is a manufacturer of heating & ventilating equipment and services many companies within various industries such as Water Treatment, Heating and Ventilation throughout the UK, Europe, Scandinavia, the Middle East and as far as Australia.

Their main products remove air and dirt from HVAC water systems, Chemical Dosing Pots and Buffer Vessels. The products are used in Boiler Houses in commercial & industrial applications such as schools, universities, hospitals, office blocks and MOD bases.

With over 20 years manufacturing experience, Fabricated Products have amassed a loyal customer base and would like to recruit an Office Support Administrator to assist their busy team.
