- Data inputting into excel
- Compliance tracking of Inspector documentation
- Formatting of CV’s
- Deal with telephone and email enquiries using an email system
- Organise travel and accommodation for contractors
- Must be able to drive or easy access to Priory Court, Saxon Way, Hessle
- Must have a willingness to learn and be trained in other areas of the business, such as booking of engineers / inspectors for assignments in the UK
