We are looking for someone to help with our admin and general running within our office. We are looking for a good team worker that can integrate within the team. The candidate will be an active part of the team in problem solving and use their knowledge learnt as part of their apprenticeship to input into their daily duties.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
Total hours per week: 30.00

Level 2 (GCSE)
Responsibilities will include:
- Responding to emails and website live chat and general administration support
- Taking phone calls with data entry onto company database as required
- Processing of customers returns and refunds
- Updating appropriate records as directed the role will also include any other reasonable duties required
Requirements and prospects
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Keyboard and computer skills
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Team working skills
- Commitment to study an apprenticeship qualification
5 GCSEs at grades A*-C/9-4 (or equivalent) including maths and English.
Upon completion of the apprenticeship, this company will be looking to keep the apprentice on full-time.
There will also be the potential to progress onto higher level apprenticeships.
