They are looking for an enthusiastic, confident and reliable person who is passionate about beauty industry and is eager to learn.
This is a studio-based role dealing with customers in person and over the phone, booking appointments and managing a booking system, as well as representing the studio in a professional way.
Job role to include:
- Provide a high standard of customer service to all clients
- Ensure reception area and the studio is tidy and presentable
- Answer and handle appropriately telephone calls in a professional and timely manner
- Greet clients; ensure that their needs are met
- Manage booking system to ensure optimal utilisation
- Purchase stationery, office equipment, kitchen consumables at the most cost effect prices
- Organise the receipt and despatch of deliveries
- Collect and distribute incoming/outgoing post
The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality services to the customers client. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high-quality service to customers which will be delivered from the studio.
These may include dealing with orders, payments, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, sales, patch tests, after care, gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction.
Your customer interactions may cover a wide range of situations and can include; face-to-face, telephone, post, email, text and social media.

This employer is looking for the apprentice that they recruit to sustain a long-term career with them & the chance to develop and progress to full-time employment.
Things to consider
From the 1st April 2021 the National Minimum Wage rate (NMW) for apprentices is £4.30 for young people aged 16-18 and those aged over 19 in the first year of their Apprenticeship. The new NMW applies to time working plus time spent training as this is also part of the Apprenticeship. Anyone not covered by the age category above will be entitled to the NMW appropriate to their age.
Training on the Apprenticeships Programme for 16 to 18 year olds is a priority and fully-funded by Government.
Training for Apprenticeships for those over this age is part funded, with employers expected to make a 5% contribution for all learners that are 19+
