Things to consider

You will sometimes be working at Educational establishments so a DBS check will be required for the successful applicant before employment can commence. A driving licence is preferred but not essential as long as you can get to the businesses depot in Eynsford for a 7.30am start. There are reasonable bus & train links to the village of Eynsford and then a short walk to the depot. (Please check bus & rail links). This role will involve working outdoors all year round in all weathers and will also include some heavy lifting so a degree of physical fitness is required. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour from 1st October 2016. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.
