  • Responsible for supporting with the resolution of customer escalations, complaints, and claims
  • Gather and analyse data to influence change and improvements across the department
  • Informing continual customer satisfaction improvement efforts, training materials and other activities
  • Supporting your team, peers, and Line Manager in delivery of business objectives
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Work closely with the customer and necessary operational teams to ensure effective and efficient resolution of customer complaints, claims and queries

  • Acting as a Waterlogic brand ambassador externally and a Customer Voice ambassador internally
  • Responsible for personal governance and adherence to procedures ensuring compliance with company policy and best practice
