As part of the team you will be a natural with customers and are committed to ensuring that you support their needs. With first class communication skills you will be responsible for engaging with the customer providing support in a timely manner and ensuring all records are up to date.

  • Ensure all queries are responded to within the agreed timescales and to a satisfactory standard
  • Provide customers with an excellent level of Customer Service
  • Ensure all incoming telephone calls are answered quickly and politely
  • Process all sales orders, resolve order and delivery issues, arrange returns and credits, deal with invoice queries and general admin duties
  • Maintain customer records by updating information on company database
  • Upsells to gain additional sales and proactive in dealing with enquiries
  • Comply with processes and procedures to ensure that a high standard of service is achieved to both internal and external customers.
  • Actively participate in call coaching sessions
  • Attend weekly Sales and Customer Service meetings.
  • Any other reasonable duties as required
  • Ensure all Performance KPI’s are met
