The role answers to the Business Operations Manager, working within the Customer Service team based at our Stanford le Hope office.
The role has a varied remit, which includes:
- Greeting and checking in guests when they arrive at our properties
- Inspecting the properties to ensure they meet our required standards
- Liaising via email and telephone with guests who are due to check in
- Building and maintaining relationships with external booking agents, and frequent guests
- Maintaining business records and internal databases
As stated the role will be based within our Stanford le Hope office and will be working with the team based there who will provide support with regards to the required tasks, and any support needed in order to effectively fulfil the role.

Icon Range is a property company, developing Properties; and provides serviced apartments, predominantly to business travellers who are looking for a home from home when working away, with the service they expect from a hotel stay.
Our main business focus is the provision of serviced apartments to the business community. We have a number of apartments in Brentwood, Chelmsford and Southend which are let out on both longer term (months) and shorter term (days to weeks) basis.
This is managed by an office team based in Stanford le Hope and housekeeping in each area.
