You will be required to assist the team with a variety of customer service and administrative tasks on a daily basis. You may be asked to complete the following:

  • Property Writes Up
  • Liaise with clients on the phone when amendments are needed
  • Sending out contracts via adobe
  • Floorplan creations
  • Keeping marketing on Brand
  • Social Media response
  • Anti Money laundering checks
  • Ordering EPC & For Sale Boards
  • Liaise with vendors & purchaser after exchange/completion to ascertain reviews (google/facebook)
  • Sending, tracking and chasing for reviews on Google/Facebook/ESTAs
  • Sending Pre and Post Valuations letters confirming appointments
  • Admin inbox management
  • Chasing team for backlog to ensure compliancy each month
  • Auditing pipeline
  • Keeping Trackers upto date within the admin team
  • CRM reporting weekly monthly
  • Auditing of data within the CRM
  • Any further support that the team needs
