An exciting new role has developed in within our organisation. Working closely with the team to ensure all day to day operations run smoothly by completing all property management tasks in a timely manner. 

Duties will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls from clients and assisting them, with their property needs
  • Acting as first point of call for new and existing customers
  • Liaising with tenants, landlord and contractors
  • Assisting any people who come into the office
  • Dealing with property maintenance issues
  • Building relationships with customers
  • Regular telephone interaction with applicants
  • Office Administration
  • Issuing Monthly Statements to the landlord
  • Other tasks associated with the workplace

Level 2 Cusomer Service Practitioner, which includes:

  • Full on-the-job training and support will be provided to enable the successful applicant to undertake the full range of duties required of the role
  • 20% off the job learning required and evidenced in a log provided
  • Level 1/2 functional skills in maths and English (if required)
  • End-Point Assessment conducted by an external provider. The end-point assessment is designed to enable apprentices to demonstrate that they are fully competent in the skills knowledge and behaviours expected of individuals at this level
  • Some self-study will be required by the learner as part of their development
