Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all placement bookings via online portals
  • Booking and confirming all placement bookings via CRM platform, using SMS and email system
  • Monitoring any shift amendments on the portal system and updating the candidate(s) accordingly
  • Gathering candidate availability using VOIP system whilst logging it via CRM system
  • Coordinating placement bookings via VOIP, Text message and email system
  • Liaising with day consultants, regarding updates/changes that relate to clients or candidates
  • Engaging positively with all active candidates within the CRM system
  • Act as first point of contact for bookings and availability
  • Adhere to all internal recruitment process and policies
  • Maintain a healthy relationship with all active candidates, endorsing the Bleep values
  • Completing and updating candidate compliance requirements for clients
  • Liaising with Regional team leaders and managers
  • Updating spreadsheets as required
  • Diary management for all candidates
