Key Objectives:
- Assist in the provision of appropriate administrative systems to support the work of the office- contribute to office meetings; co-ordinate meeting diaries (if applicable); ensure the office is kept up to date with relevant documentation and that team members have relevant support
- To maintain effective stock management of office stationery and supplies
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems, as required
- To provide essential cover arrangements for colleagues and undertake work for other teams, if required
Provide administration support predominantly to Wealth Management team, including but not limited to:
- Providing high quality service to our customers and to internal colleagues and visitors to the office
- Assisting with the organisation of meetings and attending meetings for minutes taking
- Typing correspondence and assisting with the production of business documents
- Printing, scanning, filing and other general administration duties
- Assist with the marketing and promotional activities via social media and other marketing channels
- Communicate, as required, with the college assessor and complete all training requirements in accordance with the apprenticeship framework
- Develop personal skills which will contribute to effective team working with A2O and promote quality and excellence when dealing with provider companies and clients
- Be a fully integrated member of the A2O family, developing strategies and objectives in support of A2O’s aims for company growth and development
- To undertake any such additional duties that is reasonably commensurate with the level of this post
Requirements and prospects
Desired skills
- Ability to follow written & verbal instructions and processes, to set standards and timescales
- Effective written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure whilst ensuring attention to detail
- Experience of Microsoft packages (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Experience of maintaining effective office systems and processes
