Working in a busy office that administers the backroom activities for numerous night time venues, the successful candidate will be required to:
- Monitor and collate payroll information
- Process invoices that are received into the business and assign them to the various venues
- The electronic and physical filing of all invoices
- Purchase orders
- Licences
- Other correspondence will need to be carried out, everything is scanned into the computer system for easy retrieval of all authorised colleagues and physical copies are archived in a filing system that will have to be maintained by the apprentice so that they can easily retrieve data when called upon to do so.
- The apprentice will be trained in collating, placing and paying for stock orders using the internet.
- They will also manage human resource records and documentation including new starter paperwork, tax codes, appraisal forms etc.
As with all modern offices, email plays an important part and the apprentice will be trained in how to deal with incoming emails and how to re-distribute them to the appropriate colleague or venue as well as filing them in the appropriate location once dealt with and then archived.

- Ability to work under pressure, due to the nature of the business, last minute issues or work can occur, the ability to react to this whilst keeping up with essential day to day work is an imperative
- Excellent interpersonal skills, close knit team and needs to build working relationships with colleagues at remote locations
- Passion for the work, willing to go the extra mile to get the job completed and not leave it for the next day
Desired qualifications
English and maths at GCSE grade 4 or above (or equivalents) is desired but not essential.
