Vacancy Description

Operational Support

  • First point of call of answering telephone to handle and redirect calls as required
  • Producing training guides and documents to support Allwag Academy
  • Co-ordinating diaries for internal training and meetings
  • Minute taking during meetings and distribution as required
  • Office supply management including ordering stock needed for both office and warehouse
  • Creating purchase orders and checking stock when it arrives
  • Handle all deliveries arriving at the office to ensure they get to the right person

Marketing Support

  • Working closely with the marketing team to coordinate merchandise packs
  • Data input, cleaning and maintenance to ensure records are correct
  • Research and profiling target customers using online resources
  • Reviewing social media for client activity
  • Researching new clients and reporting to the team
  • Assisting the warehouse team with collation projects
  • Product sample management, including organisation of our in-house samples
  • Check and file away any samples

Accounting Support

  • Processing purchase ledger invoices using our Supplier App
  • Checking sample pricing against system to process invoices
  • Raising price queries with suppliers and internally with staff
  • Supporting payment runs as required

Ad hoc

  • Greeting guests to the office, including clients and suppliers
  • General office housekeeping including ensuring all areas are clean and tidy to receive guests
  • Assist with any internal projects as required by the Director or Operations Manager
