Key Deliverables:

  • Effectively handle, log and action a high volume of call enquiries from internal/external customers obtaining relevant information with the aim to resolve at the first point of contact whilst maintaining excellent service delivery
  • To assist the schedulers with day-to-day supervision of responsive repairs and compliance legislation with the ability to confirm and arrange appointments at the first point of contact
  • Liaise with internal and external customers via phone, email and systems to ensure that efficient service delivery is achieved and continually updating and maintaining relevant databases
  • To ensure a customer focused approach is adopted in all aspects of our service and promote the business SPIRIT value
  • To action all emails and paperwork received into all relevant Property Maintenance inboxes within SLA
  • Financial Reporting - raising requisitions, processing invoices, resolving queries, prebills and running financial reports, updating records, across all work programs for PMD
  • Accuracy in maintaining databases within a timely manner and communication for the use of subcontractors
  • Supporting customer complaints, insurance and disrepair claims and counterclaims within given timescales
  • To ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and Places for People Procedures
  • To assist the Team Leader and schedulers with the implementation of quality control checks (audits)
  • Support the ongoing improvement of our standard operating procedures.
  • Managing incoming/outgoing post
  • Any other general administrative tasks necessary to ensure service delivery
