Main duties include: 

  • Maintaining regular communications with all customers whilst using an appropriate ‘tone of voice’ in all correspondence, including written and digital, that reflect the organisation’s brand.
  • Take ownership from first contact and then take responsibility for fulfilling your promise to the customer.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and records of correspondence with both internal and external customers.
  • Ensure all Company policies are adhered to.
  • Understand the products or services that are available from our organisation and keep up-to-date.
  • Liaise with the Recruitment Consultant team to ensure customers are kept informed and updated while ensuring compliance processes are followed.
  • Work closely with the recruitment and compliance teams, frequently and consistently communicating in the interest of efficiently helping customers.
  • Be the first point of contact for external customers, performing in-depth analysis of customer backgrounds to devise appropriate, tailored plans of action.
  • All tasks required by the Branch Manager, Compliance, or a Director are completed accurately and submitted to timescale.
  • Any other tasks or projects as required.
