An excellent opportunity has been made available for an apprentice to join the team at Renuvo. Supporting customers with queries, the apprentice will ensure each person receives the best service customer possible.  

Duties will include;

  • Answering calls and helping customers with queries and problems
  • Updating Renuvo’s bespoke property management software to plan engineers rotas and log incoming queries
  • Ensure that letters, SMS and emails are sent out in a timely manner
  • Support the Office Manager to manage incoming and outgoing telephone calls

Future prospects

After completing a successful apprenticeship, it is our intention that we offer a fulltime, salaried and permanent job to the candidate. This is fully dependent on how well you perform during your apprenticeship with Renuvo.

Things to consider

Although we are based near to Tamworth, you will need to either use public transport or are able to drive to get to our offices.

Our office hours are from 8am to 5pm. Our office team will be in from 8am Monday to Friday.
