Duties will include:
- Assist in the management of customer accounts
- Participate in increasing market share of our brands
- Promote existing and new products
- Answer customers enquiries on a daily basis
- Help to obtain meetings for the external BDM’s
- Be the contact person for any customer requests regarding quotes and orders
- Seek information on competitor’s product and pricing
- Provide feedback to your line manager when requested
- To interact and communicate with customers on a regular basis to determine change in demand, fulfilment of need
- To complete a monthly appraisal with your line manager
- To manage conflict and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies
- Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally
- Perform other duties as required
- Ensure customer retention
