Duties will include:

  • Assist in the management of customer accounts 
  • Participate in increasing market share of our brands
  • Promote existing and new products 
  • Answer customers enquiries on a daily basis
  • Help to obtain meetings for the external BDM’s
  • Be the contact person for any customer requests regarding quotes and orders
  • Seek information on competitor’s product and pricing
  • Provide feedback to your line manager when requested
  • To interact and communicate with customers on a regular basis to determine change in demand, fulfilment of need
  • To complete a monthly appraisal with your line manager
  • To manage conflict and come up with effective negotiation and sales strategies
  • Ability to build effective relationships both internally and externally
  • Perform other duties as required
  • Ensure customer retention
