This role provides a direct progression path into the Home & Life Sales Team. The main purpose of the role is to identify and refer, where appropriate.

Duties will include: 

  • Customer facing role to provide post claim services following a motor insurance claim
  • Maximise customer uptake on post claim services including personal injury referrals and optional products
  • Identify whether marketing consent has been obtained, prior to communication with the customer, that will dictate the direction taken
  • Record all actions accurately on the broking operational systems
  • Promote a culture of treating customers fairly (TCF) and ensure TCF is applied to all consumer contact
  • Undertake other reasonable responsibilities as required to support the team
  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory rules and principles including COCON
  • Always work lawfully and in accordance with pre-defined regulatory, compliance and financial requirements, e.g. GDPR, Health and Safety and the FCA
