We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to complete their Level 2 Customer Service Apprenticeship with us here at Somerset Bridge Insurance Services Ltd. This role provides a direct progression path into the Home & Life Sales Team. The main purpose of the role is to identify and refer, where appropriate.

Duties will include:
- Customer facing role to provide post claim services following a motor insurance claim
- Maximise customer uptake on post claim services including personal injury referrals and optional products
- Identify whether marketing consent has been obtained, prior to communication with the customer, that will dictate the direction taken
- Record all actions accurately on the broking operational systems
- Promote a culture of treating customers fairly (TCF) and ensure TCF is applied to all consumer contact
- Undertake other reasonable responsibilities as required to support the team
- Adhere to internal policies and procedures as well as regulatory rules and principles including COCON
- Always work lawfully and in accordance with pre-defined regulatory, compliance and financial requirements, e.g. GDPR, Health and Safety and the FCA
