Duties will include:

  • Contact learners by phone, email or written correspondence at the direction of your manager
  • Reception duties: Answering the telephone in a professional manner, transferring calls, greeting visitors
  • Assisst with updating reviews and maintaining records on the internal database (PICs)
  • processing of enrolments, completions, withdrawals, reviews and assessments
  • Complete general admin duties; filing, photocopying etc
  •  Invigilate test sessions if necessary
  • Book, run and administer exam sessions
  • Cover training floor if necessary
  • Assist with generic duties under the instruction of the Centre Manager
