Business Administration Level 3 Apprentice World Cargo Logistics
The candidate will carry out a variety of job duties including issuing invoices, handling incoming and outgoing mail, phone calls (conversing with suppliers, clients and other branches), booking jobs on internal software, calendar management and other admin duties for different client related tasks and assisting other team members.

Duties will include:
- Issuing invoices
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail
- Phone calls (conversing with suppliers, clients and other branches)
- Booking jobs on company's internal software
- Calendar management
- Carry out other admin functions for different client related tasks
- Admin duties to include various types of communication
- Assisting other team members
- Using internal software and Microsoft packages including Word and Excel
Requirements and prospects
- Intermediate IT skills and good communication skills would be beneficial
- Good timekeeper
- Confident personality
- GCSE Grade 9-4/A*-C as a MINIMUM or equivalent
A full-time position within the Brownhills Freight office and opportunities for promotion to a management position, over time.
Things to consider
An assessor from In-Comm Training & Business Services will visit the successful candidate once a month, for a period of 18 months, in order to deliver the qualification.
You will also attend In-Comm WS9 8UG for a two week block training period - please ensure you are happy to travel here.
