Responsibilities will include:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Provide administrative support such as printing, filing, and scanning
  • Handle transactions for services provided
  • Deliver customer care before and after service
  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
  • Update calendars and schedule meetings when necessary
  • Any other duties reasonably requested to ensure the smooth running of the business

The successful candidate will be assigned an industry specific work-based trainer who will provide guidance and support throughout the Apprenticeship.
