As a Contract Administrator you will provide administrative support to our Client Management, Strategic Alliance Teams and Front Office sales teams. You will be responsible for the end to end administrative tasks and compliance validations pertaining to all placements closed by these Global teams.

Daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Administer contracts via DocuSign
- Validation of all candidate documents submitted during onboarding; Ensuring FRG is fully compliant with all country requirements, wherever our candidates may be working
- Data entry to maintain our internal CRM, accounting and timesheet systems
- Provide quality customer service to sales teams, clients and candidates
- Working with external vendors to assist candidates who need to apply or renew required documents, policies, registrations etc as identified via onboarding
- Assist with processing of candidate background checks and drug screenings; ensuring that all pre placement requirements and qualifications are met, in line with client contractual requests
- Maintain database of signed client & candidate contracts and work closely with our Legal Department to manage requests and updates to client and candidate agreements
- Work collaboratively with Sales teams to ensure all issues are resolved
- Support and suggest process improvements to assist the Support and Sales teams
- Other ad hoc duties and projects as required within the role

Desired qualifications
- No experience required – full training provided
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 GCSEs, or equivalent, at grade 4/C or above in Maths and English
- Please note that level 2 adult literacy and level 2 adult numeracy will not be accepted. This is due to the apprenticeship certificate awarding body’s requirements
