We are seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic new apprentice, to join our expanding team at our head office in Louth.

You will contribute to a thriving team with your great customer service delivery, and learn to deliver exceptional customer service across online sales platforms (Amazon, eBay, website). You will provide sales and customer service support on the phone, over email, or via a live chat.

Your new duties will include:

  • Prioritise and process customer orders and requests submitted by telephone, email and live chat
  • Communicate with customers about their orders, including any delays or changes in delivery
  • Maintain thorough and accurate customer service records – through the use of our in house software
  • Learn how to use our database systems and technology to deliver great customer care
  • Liaise with company suppliers to ensure that deliveries are followed up in the system
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints quickly and patiently, including assistance of customers who may have received their orders late, have received the wrong order or have received faulty products. This needs to be done in a confident manner
  • All other associated duties as required

As an Apprentice you will work from Vyair, based on the Fairfield Industrial Estate in Louth, where you will receive full training and support throughout the Apprenticeship. You will also be allocated a Trainer/Assessor who will visit you in the workplace, to complete work towards your Apprenticeship portfolio.
