Key accountabilities:

  • Provide seamless administrative and operational support to the Head of Workforce Development and wider Department
  • Collaborate with the Apprenticeship Delivery Team to support with the development of new programmes and new business opportunities
  • Proactively manage workload to meet personal targets

Key responsibilities: 

  • Provide administrative support and organisation to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the Workforce Development Department
  • Support with B2B marketing activities including events, email campaigns and online content
  • Maintain customer-facing marketing materials such as pitch decks and information packs, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Provide a proactive and customer-focused service for the Department with internal and external partners
  • Organise and maintain the Business Development CRM, databases, e-files and records and ensure they are accurate and up to date at all times
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any queries for the Department, answering email enquiries and telephone calls in an efficient and timely manner and flag any queries with the Head of Workforce Development as appropriate
  • Effectively ensure tasks are progressed within set timescales
  • Collaborate wider FRA teams as required to support the day-to-date running of the academy
  • Undertake and support with any other duties, which may reasonably be allocated, as needed
