You will be responsible for delivering high quality care to our customers to enable them to live independently in their own home. This will include a variety of tasks. Such as personal care helping with medication, tidying around the house, helping vulnerable customers get dressed and go to bed or simply just keeping them company. Our carer’s work with respect dignity and with the customer’s consent at all times whilst promoting independence.  All care activities must meet our legal and safeguarding responsibilities and our very high company standards.

Things to consider

The role is subject to DBS checking. Apprenticeship National Minimum Wage (ANMW): The National Minimum Wage for Apprentices is £3.40 per hour from 1st October 2016. This is the legal minimum pay per hour applying to 16-18 year old apprentices and those aged 19 and over in the first year of their apprenticeship. For apprentices 19 or over who have completed their first year and are continuing their apprenticeship, the National Minimum wage appropriate to their age applies.

Gabriel’s Angels Ltd are a privately owned company providing community care services in the Wokingham area for nearly 5 years. We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our community & wellbeing care teams offering great prospects for career progression with the aim of joining our permanent care teams. We offer full training within the Health & Social Care framework supporting our staff through levels 1 to 3 and further if necessary.
