Working for one of the leading global suppliers of industrial bakery equipment, we have a new vacancy for an apprentice to join our experienced team to learn skills to help your progression and provide varied and interesting tasks to assist in the day to day running of the business projects functions.

You will be supported to complete your business admin apprenticeship by completing a variety of office administrations skills.

Duties including - 

  • Dealing with inbound & outbound calls. 
  • Handling queries from customers. 
  • Updating customer information 
  • Chasing up third parties for updates, either via telephone or email. 
  • Managing department mail/ emails. 
  • Gaining positive customer reviews. 
  • Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. 
  • General Office Duties (Filing/Shredding/Copying/Scanning)
