If you are looking for a career working in an office and administration, this could be the position for you.  This role will support our Credit Controllers with administrative and back-office duties, supporting the high level of customer service required.  Daily duties will include;

  • Building relationships with customers.
  • Support the management portfolio of existing and new customers.
  • Supporting query resolution.
  • Identify and support process improvement.
  • Minimise credit and debt risk across customer portfolio.
  • Other customer service duties as and when required.
