About The Role

This role is to join the onsite support team, supplying labour to one key client in the logistics/production/manufacturing sectors. This role will involves talking to candidates and clients, both on the phone and face to face.

Training will be provided on advertising, screening and registering candidates in line with company standards. The suitable candidates will be offered temporary assignments with our customers.

There will be a strong element of administering data for wages completion, including  inputting candidate details on to our IT platform, planning workers against the correct role/pay rate and creating/sending timesheets to our customers to gain accurate values.

As this role involves travelling around the local area, access to a vehicle is essential.

  • Good standard of practical application of literacy and numeracy

Main responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the client to understand their requirements
  • Advertising roles using internet job boards
  • Answering incoming calls from candidates and workers
  • Screening candidates against our live requirements
  • Interviewing candidates.
  • Booking candidates on to start dates with our customers
  • Conducting inductions and site tours for new workers.
  • Payroll. Accurate transacting of timesheet and wages information
