The Customer Service & Support Executive is the central contact point between the company and our consumers to ensure a high level of satisfaction/confidence with our products and services are maintained to reflect Vape Dinner Lady’s values and ethos; ‘We believe everyone should smile’.

The role encompasses administration and communication of issues and queries, ensuring they are answered and logged in a timely manner, with a passion to drive best in class customer service. 

The role will also be responsible for providing operational support and co-ordination in both Operational and NPD projects.

Training can be provided on statistical reporting techniques.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Provide compassionate and honest support to our customers developing a strong understanding of their needs, expectations and requirements
  • Engage with B2B / B2C customers and internal account managers to keep them up to date throughout the customer services process
  • Log and keep up-to-date key information on all customer services queries
  • Work with other operational departments to see customer services queries through to completion
  • Weekly reporting of issues and queries to assist with understanding how we can continually improve our products and identify any recurrent trends
  • Develop an understanding of the vaping industry covering; E-liquid, E-cigarettes and CBD products in order answer versatile technical questions
  • Engage with our social media executives to ensure that questions are answered effectively
  • Provide administration support to the Head of Operations in various platforms
  • Have a positive drive and attitude towards quality customer care
  • Be keen to develop a deep understanding of an exciting and versatile new industry
  • Have attention to detail and high level of organisation)
  • Accurate data inputting and time management)
  • Communicate effectively both electronically and verbally.
