Duties to include:
- Providing excellent customer service at all time to ensure a professional/positive image of the company is given to all existing and new customers
- Dealing with clients over the telephone
- Sending and receiving faxes
- Updating client records using bespoke software
- Receiving and distributing incoming mail and parcels and processing outgoing mail
- Maintaining up to date internal telephone directories
- Maintaining a professional image at all times
- Assisting departments with their workloads when required providing a basic admin function
- General administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
- Monitor stationery stock levels and order
- You will liaise with clients and lenders to ensure documentation is up to date and tight deadlines are met
- Monitoring and maintenance of meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and have sufficient stationery supplies
