Duties to include:

  • Providing excellent customer service at all time to ensure a professional/positive image of the company is given to all existing and new customers
  • Dealing with clients over the telephone
  • Sending and receiving faxes
  • Updating client records using bespoke software
  • Receiving and distributing incoming mail and parcels and processing outgoing mail
  • Maintaining up to date internal telephone directories
  • Maintaining a professional image at all times
  • Assisting departments with their workloads when required providing a basic admin function
  • General administration duties including filing, photocopying, scanning and archiving
  • Monitor stationery stock levels and order
  • You will liaise with clients and lenders to ensure documentation is up to date and tight deadlines are met
  • Monitoring and maintenance of meeting rooms, ensuring they are tidy and have sufficient stationery supplies
