A great opportunity to work within a team supporting the Customer Services Manager to carry out a range of duties, including:

  • Answering the telephone and passing on calls
  • Raising and booking repair appointments
  • Reception duties such as greeting visitors
  • Inputting repair works into the housing database
  • Keeping computer records up to date
  • Using office equipment such as franking machine, printers, photocopiers
  • Full training will be provided

  • The ability to work well as part of a team but also able to use your own initiative but also know when matters need to be referred to a supervisor
  • Have good computer skills
