Business Administration Apprenticeship Harringtons
The company is looking for an apprentice to carry out a variety of administrative duties ranging from filing of important documents, data input and sorting/distributing post, writing letters, meeting and greeting customers to managing the diary of the whole firm.

The duties include:
- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Distributing & sorting post
- Filing of important documents
- Data entry on computer system
- Managing diary of the whole firm
- Talking to customers
- General housekeeping duties
Requirements and prospects
- Good verbal and written communications
- Confident IT skills
- Pleasant telephone manner
- Accurate attention to detail
- Confident character
- Comfortable with dealing with sensitive case information
- Ability to work in a high pressured environment
- GCSE (or equivalent) grade A-C/8- 5 as a minimum in English and maths
There will be a full-time position available for the right candidate who shows aptitude and professionalism in the workplace.
Things to consider
Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).
